This is a good building for me. The manager works hard and recently built a really nice gym in the basement for all the tenants. I've been using the stationary bike.
I wish the building had package lockers but I've worked it out.

No heat. Plays dirty tricks. Will harrass tenants to fullest extent.

Apartment building is maintained by rock properties, very cheap management, super is very rude, they switch off heat in the middle of night. Roches and mice are plenty. Tenants leave the building in short period of time as they tired of the management. Construction and automobile garbage in the backyard of the building. IT IS JUST A NIGHTMARE TO LIVE HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
