Great Location and New Apartments

I have lived here for over two years now and have no complaints so far. The property is maintained really well and feels secure because of the gated parking and fob access. The location couldn't be any better! It is right across from Overton Park and just a quick walk to Overton Square!!

STAY AWAY

My car along with 25+ others have been broken in to continuously over the course of a month. Management covers it up and just won’t show up for work. Tupi find out a car got ransacked by walking out to shattered glass that will never get cleaned up. Beautiful space but shady management. Go somewhere else

Perfect Location! Art lofts is a beautiful, clean, and quiet environment. A few things I love is the washer/dryer in unit, the beautiful pool & patio area, and the private parking garage. Not to mention the property manager and staff are very friendly and helpful.
