May 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI chose to live here because of the home like appearance and the quiet. However, I am frustrated about the pest control - can't get rid of the roaches. I am frustrated that my refrigerator runs loudly and the thermostat does not work properly increasing my electric bill. Like most residents I make the best of the situation given the alternates in the area. Residents are constantly receiving notifications about the trash, parking and patio furnisher that they come across as chastising, or ...bullying. I understand there are bad actor like people running into the gate or speed through the parking lock. But that is a small majority of this community. Sometimes it seems unwelcoming.
