    The amenities are well kept and the front desk staff is very nice. The main issue throughout the building is the SALTO electronic key work sometimes and sometimes they do not. It can be frustrating if you get locked out of your room or unable to access the rooftop or gym. It has happened to me twice and my roommate is experiencing issues with it now

    My experience in the building overall is great. My only problem is with some of the residents pets. One of te tenants pets barked at my and almost attacked me. The tenant had a difficult time controling her dog.

    If you would like to be accused of stealing a package clearly addressed to you, then this is the building for you! You also get to pay your rent monthly well above the market rate for West Loop/Fulton Market for a closet sized space of a home.

  • New building with excellent amenities

    The Arthur on Aberdeen is a new building and has excellent amenities. The appliances in the units are new, and the units themselves are well designed. The gym is very spacious and has excellent equipment. The leasing staff is very helpful, responsive, and thorough when responding to queries. The building staff are also very helpful and friendly. The area surrounding the building is lively and there are a large number of restaurants nearby.
