June 14, 2019I’m very pleased with the new management and the staff that we have. They are very professional and with excellent customer service. I’ve lived at Sands Point for 4 years and never had any problem with maintenance or the leasing staff. Nancy the Manager and Wendy have been very helpful with my request. Every time I’ve call they make sure maintenance gets to my apartment on time. Keep up the good work girls.Property Manager Responded

Sansdpoint Apartments
September 1, 2015Well at the beginning it was fine. These apartments are infested with roaches. I have done all that i can do to get rid of these pests but to no avail. There have been may times where I've called the management but they have not done anything about it. These apartments are very quiet. No one bother anyone and all the neighbors are nice but my only complaint are the pests.Review from Apartments.com
