Your rent is just the minimum amount, management only cares about money and every month finds new ways to charge you. There are a lot of better options in the area. I only lasted a year here

Roaches inside appliances

Horrible roach infestation. Disgusting. We moved in and noticed roaches living INSIDE the stove. Moved out 4 days later. Management was extremely difficult to work with. Total catfish apartment.

I love everything except the lighting in the kitchen. It's SO dark. There needs to be lighting installed over the sink as I can't see anything due to the shadows, even during the day with all the window shades open.
