Very disappointing experience with the office staff.
Yesterday, my wallet was stolen from the property. I have camera footage that shows a woman picking up my wallet and leaving with it. The wallet contained my driver’s license, Social Security card, work permit, and several bank cards.
I went to the office and asked them to help by providing or preserving the security camera footage for the police. Unfortunately, they refused to show me the footage or provide the assistance I expected.

something this serious happens to a resident or not, the office should take it seriously and cooperate with law enforcement. Instead, I felt completely unsupported.
If you are thinking about renting here, please ask questions about the property’s security and how management handles theft or other incidents before signing a lease.
