      Was very happy initially to resign again to live here, but the month of June was one to forget. Between not having air conditioning for multiple days during a heat wave, no ice in my freezer to cool off with, and bugs in my apartment. I am very disappointed as of late

      The Artizia at Lodi is an amazing place to live. The leasing team and support staff are always willing so helpful. The pool is the true selling point and I’ve enjoyed it for the last few summers I’ve lived here.

      I really do love this property — it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location, which is why I chose to stay and transfer units rather than move elsewhere. The only downside has been some difficulties with the leasing and transfer process, which made the experience more stressful than expected. Hopefully, communication and organization improve because this really is a great place to live once everything is settled.

      New management is awful!! We have complained about the pool, garbage, none nonstop. Another day, I saw cockroaches by the stairs. Garbage is out 7 days a week.Sadly, new management does not care at all. We pay for valet that is taken right outside where we pass by daily.
