Sewage Leaks and Consturuxtion Noise

We ended up breaking our lease after hearing about other residents doing it. The company does their own construction at a snails pace that lasts months & years. Had to email every level of the company to get a few hundred dollar rent credit after months of drilling on the wall of our unit almost every day.
At one point human sewage leaked out of our ceiling fixtures and electrical sockets and we couldn't even get them to check for mold afterwards. This place was not built to last.
