The office and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, on top of things and always willing to help with anything that arises. The property is well-kept including the grounds and clubhouse, and the amenities are by far the best in the area. Such a fantastic location, close to downtown St Pete, the area beaches, great schools, shopping, and the highways. Big bonus: the property is pet friendly. Spacious Apartments, Tons of Amenities!
August 20, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comCouldn’t be happier that I chose Arya! More amenities than any other apartment I’ve lived in. Bowling alley, and golf simulator were a nice surprise. My one bedroom has a HUGE kitchen and living room. More space than my last two bedroom actually. Love walking my dog around the lake path and meeting the other pet parents at the dog parks.
