June 2, 2025Resident support is non existent. Maintenance is great, but the office staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. They are only there to get new clients and otherwise do not care. The amenities are broken and usually closed for service. Package delivery is a nightmare with multiple package thefts due to the lack of support for the mailboxes to work correctly. The apartment is cheap and falling apart and smells like sewage. Overall, I do not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

April 30, 2025Nice that it’s secluded from town but it’s become bothersome that a lot of new construction is occurring. Pool is constantly closed which is annoying due to residents not being respectful of the community and amenities . Grills are broken as well . March 26, 2025We should have better rat pest control and emergency contact numbers for service, such as if a toilet is flooding the apartment. Overall, the clubhouse is always clean! I would prefer black curtains in the gym since you can see at night from the outside in and people do not feel comfortableProperty Manager Responded

March 20, 2025Overall, a good place to live. We moved in while our apartment was still brand new. It’s a beautiful apartment, however, after just a year and a half you can tell it was cheaply built. Several of our cabinets have came off the hinges. The paint is so cheap that even a simple wipe will take the entire drywall off. I can hear my neighbors alarm through our wall, which gets annoying. But aside from a few noise issues and being cheaply built, we like it.Property Manager Responded
