Arrive North Scottsdale produces a quality, beautiful, safe, pet-friendly home. Every step of the process is well thought out, and made easy and understandable for the prospective resident.         If I didn't love it I wouldn't be here 10 years. What makes this place so good... Lindsey and Jason in the leasing office are professional, friendly, and always available. Plus, we cannot get any better maintenance than James and Jeronimo.

        I am a New resident here at Arrive, and I absolutely love it here. The complex is always clean and welcoming. The units themselves are also beautiful and newly renovated. Getting set up and filling out all the paperwork with made incredibly easy for my roommate and I. Jasmined at the office is a saint! She was so helpful with getting everything in order and she has an incredibly friendly personality. Looking forward to living here! -Ariel

        I have really enjoyed my time here at Arrive North Scottsdale. All of the residents that I have met have been very respectful and laid back. The apartment manager Jazz is amazing and hands down on of the best apartment managers I've ever had! Their maintenance staff has responded to requests I've made within the next 24 hours.
