I needed to make an emergency move back home to Charlotte NC from Nashville TN due to some family health scares and after 3 days of working with a realtor on finding potential spots, I settled on Ascent. I had stayed here in one of their overnight rental units about 7 years ago and loved the idea of a concierge and rooftop amenities that I experienced on that trip. Once I decided to pull the trigger, I was approved the same day. Anna emailed me maybe 3 hours after I had submitted by docs to ...
let me know. I ended up making a quick trip to Charlotte that weekend and Anna gave me a tour of the unit and the rest of the facility. She answered all of my realtor, my father and my questions and was a genuine joy to work with. I was able to get approved, view the unit, and sign my lease to get my keys all within 48 hours. I needed a seamless transition and that's exactly what I got. I've been living at Ascent for almost 2 months now and I absolutely adore this place. My neighbors are kind and the community is quiet. I love the view from my balcony. The 24 hour concierge is such a convenience. And the roof top pool / views from the top floor altogether really just seal the deal on the whole thing. I genuinely see myself living here for the foreseeable future as it has everything I could ever want and at in insanely reasonable price. My own father is thinking about moving here because he loves coming over so much. A+ all around.

I have only been at Ascent for a week and a half but I'm honestly in love. The people are so kind and having 24 concierge is a huge selling point for me. The communication of when a package comes in is really nice. The amenities are gorgeous and I can't wait to use the pool and gym areas soon. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

In the beginning it was nice when I first moved in but so much has changed including the guess parking where our guess now has to pay days just to visit. The pool is always cold and the water system is not the best. The water is sometimes brown that comes out the faucet. The staff can also be more genuine. They appear friendly when they are giving you a tour but once you sign that lease you see that they are not so friendly.

With the water system, discoloration can happen in any type of home if a faucet has not been used for a while and running it briefly will usually clear it.
