November 25, 2025In the beginning it was nice when I first moved in but so much has changed including the guess parking where our guess now has to pay days just to visit. The pool is always cold and the water system is not the best. The water is sometimes brown that comes out the faucet. The staff can also be more genuine. They appear friendly when they are giving you a tour but once you sign that lease you see that they are not so friendly.Property Manager Responded

Our pool is not heated, so it will be cooler during colder months. With the water system, discoloration can happen in any type of home if a faucet has not been used for a while and running it briefly will usually clear it. Guest parking was updated recently to create a fair system and ensure availability for all residents. We understand changes can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. Cute complex
April 23, 2025My friend and I loved this building. We live in noda looking to move to uptown. Kevin assisted me alongside Ashley when we came in. So close to everything

Even the hallways in this building smell great lol. This place is top notch.
