Nice apartments but Management doesn't seem to care about it's tenants!!

Apartments are nice - although rent is apparently going up (again) and I am guessing this new management doesn't care too much about fixing issues in their units but will continue to collect your money! Bathroom issues since moving in ( 4 times in 7 months) and I can't get anyone out here to fix it!! I have NO bathroom and have to stay elsewhere now because apparently they have "no direct contact with THEIR maintenance dept" in order to give me an update on when someone can come out. Its been 3 ...
days so far!!! Maintenance is a HUGE problem here! Beware of that and the fact that no one in management seems to care!

Owners dont care

I have live almost a year summer fine. When weather turned cold from November to now heat problems. I have not had heat in almost a month and they dont care. They brought me a small heater that heats my living room kinda. And it making my electric meter go crazy. Throws breaker at least once a day. No heat ice storm and snow and cold. Stay away they don't care.

Ash Park is a wonderful place to live. The owners are the most kind & understanding people—quick to respond to questions and willing to help. Great maintenance staff, convenient location, amazing amenities, and affordable price. I love living here!
