April 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comPlease save your money and peace of mind and don’t move here . First I was moved in without being able to see the apartment. Then I find out I’m at the very back next to a pond full of mosquitos . You think is worth it because of the pool but the pool is never open . Always excuses to have it closed . False notices that it will be open and do not open it. My kids have been disappointed many times .

February 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI've known about Ashbrier/Sandalwood for more than 30 years but only became a resident in early 2021. From this property, you have a major food store less than a mile away (Winco), a Super Walmart, and a Walmart Market just over a mile away, a COSTCO just under 2 miles away, and it is across the street from a hot spot of Summer recreation at Blackbeard's. Covered parking is assigned so there's no scrambling to find a good spot. There is periodic airport noise, however, operations are limited to 6 ...AM through about 10 PM so there are few flights leaving when you are sleeping. The grounds are well kept, there is no resident noise like loud car stereos and loud exhausts. There is ambient traffic noise as the Chestnut Daiaginal/Willow Ave and Ashland are major streets. So far the staff has been responsive and helpful.Read More
