Don’t live here!!!! it’s the worst place and apartments!!!
June 21, 2024I lived here for one year. Unfortunately, it was the worst place to live. The apartment was very old, and maintenance was never done on time. Upon moving out, they charged me $2000 for nothing. For one screw hole, they charged $175 for drywall repair. The management was very unreasonable. While the staff at the office were good people, they were just employees. Overall, it was the worst place to live!Review from Apartments.com
Look elsewhere, I promise you it’s not worth it!
February 16, 2024Man oh man were to start do yourself a favor and look elsewhere… Recently moved out awaiting my security deposit. Thoroughly cleaned apartment and had everything in top order. Unfortunately that didn’t matter because they weaseled not only my whole security deposit but I had to pay an additional $5.00 on top of that. My apartment was cleaner than when I moved in… $350 for painting $115 for carpet cleaning and $145 for the already clean apartment??? Just say deposits are non refundable. The nerve ...of a place that doesn’t even keep the grounds clean but try’s to turn around and charge you for any reason they TRY and find. Oh I forgot ROACHES plenty of roaches. I made a request for service a month after moving in 6 months until service was received for pest. Frequent police presence and undesirable’s. I have even heard gunshots YES gunshots on two occasion’s, one where I had to call Loudoun County police. The one as a result of a domestic dispute, apparently the guy opened fire near my apartment. Oh and management don’t bother to respond this message isn’t for you, it’s a warning to anyone thinking that this is the place to move. The way I see it pay up or move in the other surrounding areas where you would expect this. THIS IS NOT THE ASHBURN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't live here if you have a better choice
June 18, 2019The staff and the manager are very nice when you come in. But you cannot get all your deposit back when you move out. They have many reasons to take money from you even you keep everything great. They even take eighty percent of your deposit. Some are not reasonable. ......Review from Apartments.com
Lovely staff
March 29, 2019I must say on our search for a new apartment this has been the most pleasent. Although this is a bit older the service was exceptional. Desiree was very helpful and made us comfortable with asking whatever questions we had. I did read reviews prior to coming here but after our tour we are relieved! January 2, 2019More often than not we don't hesitate to write a bad review or complain to a manager when it comes to customer care. Well today I'd like to change that . I just wanted to thank the assistant manager at Ashburn Meadows . As soon as I entered I was greeted with a smile , which meant so much to me as I was not having a good day. She did her best to change that. To some, this may not seem like a lot , but in this day and time a small gesture as small as smile can make a difference.
