This place is an absolute nightmare I have been fighting with them for almost a year since I moved out(August 2023) they lost all documentation and keys proving I moved out and then tried to give me an eviction notice 3 months after I signed off and turned in my keys. They also sent the bill for cleaning up/repair fees to a roommate I had 4yrs prior to moving out. It is now in collections they also lost the lease release form that she signed. Leaving very little to no documentation to fight the ...
5600 dollars they are trying to charge. By the way they included a foundation problem to that bill. A foundation problem that I reported years before they came to fix it. When they came to fox it they told me I would have to move my stuff out, they would not cover my lodging or storage and also wanted me to pay full rent while not being able to stay there. Screw ashby gardens. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place is worst place to live ever. I lived here for 2 years, and I am not going to recommend it to anyone. bad neighborhood very rude management and not very safe apartment no security camera. My car was stolen. my neighbor was loud and were fighting all the time I mad many complaints, but the management did not listen to me they don't care about the residents they will just take your money. please DO NOT MOVE HERE.

My kid currently attends a private academy in the area and being able to find a place close to her school is a blessing. We used to live forty-five minutes away but now, we're not that far. The apartment complex is also well-kept together, very clean especially when you're in the middle of central avenue. The staffs were also amazing, they were very helpful from the get-go.
