Poor Management and Maintenance
April 1, 2024Management and maintenance of the apartments is very slow to respond and does not communicate well at all, I have never received a call back when I have left a voicemail. I put in a maintenance request for my kitchen sink in October and began having more issues with it in January and put a second work order in. The cold water stopped working all together at some point in January, so I called emergency maintenance and was told that it was not an emergency and to put a third work order in. I called ...the office the following Monday and they had no idea of when it could be fixed. Maintenance did not come to replace the faucet until March. I have had multiple other issues with maintenance and things not getting done. The parking lots were not plowed regularly and no one removed snow from the walkways, even with the storm where we got 2 feet of snow this winter. Landscaping comes infrequently in the summer and the grass often grows very long. No one picks up their dog's poop. There are very obvious signs of neglect, wear, and tear around the apartment complex and within the apartments themselves. I would not recommend living in any apartment managed by Elevate Living.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Rude management. over priced
March 9, 2021Daughter made payment for rent online. She had only paid this way once before. Was trying to avoid the extra fees for paying with a debit card. She works 2 jobs and goes to school. Between work and school she didn’t realize the payment never came out of account. Asked management for a one time exception for the $90 late fee. They were rude. Insulting and basically called my daughter a lier when she said she had paid online. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.Review from Apartments.com

March 12, 2020Walls are thin, floor is crap. Hear every footstep above you if your 1st floor. The smell of cigarettes leaks through the walls, and dog owners don't pick up after there dogs. Dog crap everywhere.Review from Apartments.com
ASHFORD APARTMENTS
May 30, 2018I really enjoy Ashford for many reasons but mostly because they have a small washer/dryer in unit. There is plenty of space and I have rarely had any issues. The minor issues I have had are broken blinds (the plastic piece broke up top) but John (maintenance) and Helen (management) wasted no time replacing them. I have been there two and a half years and definitely appreciate the hard work and dedication shown by the staff daily. I do wish the carpet was a little nicer as I feel it is ...cheap. I love that they are a pet friendly and close to grocery stores and other amenities. I feel very safe in this area and love my neighbors!Property Manager Responded

Ashford Apartments-Poor
February 19, 2018Office staff is not friendly, timely, or accommodating. Walls are very thin; can hear neighbors arguing, playing music, and “being intimate.” Neighbor left oven on and slept through smoke alarm for over an hour, the office staff did nothing about that situation, nor did the corporate staff. Would not let me switch apartments or get out of my lease after this incident and others that left me feeling unsafe. I would not recommend living in this complex.Property Manager Responded
