worst security system
April 15, 2026Repeated thefts have been happening in Ashford community, yet there is no noticeable improvement in security. It’s frustrating and concerning for residents who expect a safe living environment. Management needs to take accountability and implement stronger security measures instead of ignoring ongoing issues. This situation cannot continue.Review from Apartments.com
poor communication
February 13, 2026Good luck trying to get a tour or anyone to answer the phone in the leasing office. I finally got through to someone to schedule a virtual tour two weeks ahead of time and when the day/ time came no one bothered to call nor bothered to answer after me attempting to call 6 times. Saved Money But at What Expense
March 6, 2023I lived here for about a year. Had an issue with roaches, a bit of mold on the wall, and air conditioning issues. I shared the place with 2 other people. You do get a spacey apartment but if you're ok with dealing with sporadic issues, it's value friendly for the most part. Doable for college students for sure.Property Manager Responded
