poor communication
February 13, 2026Good luck trying to get a tour or anyone to answer the phone in the leasing office. I finally got through to someone to schedule a virtual tour two weeks ahead of time and when the day/ time came no one bothered to call nor bothered to answer after me attempting to call 6 times. Disappointing and needs to do better. The confirmation email and text the day before was pointlessProperty Manager Responded

Saved Money But at What Expense
March 6, 2023I lived here for about a year. Had an issue with roaches, a bit of mold on the wall, and air conditioning issues. I shared the place with 2 other people. You do get a spacey apartment but if you're ok with dealing with sporadic issues, it's value friendly for the most part. Doable for college students for sure.Property Manager Responded
