Part way through my first 1-year lease. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful with the move in process: fast, straight forward, understanding and helpful! For a single occupant in Atlanta, it’s a great price for a great place! Area is quiet and people generally seem to keep to themselves.

My experience at Ashgrove Apartments has been great. The community is quiet, and the tenants are friendly. Ms. Angela, the Assistant Manager, is always professional and she gives superb customer service to me. If I have an issue or a question about a matter about the apartment, Ms. Angela will resolve the matter quickly. Also, the maintenance person, Mr. Samuel, is great at his job. If you are young and looking for your first home, this is a great apartment. The rent is reasonable compared to other places and the location offers a lot. There is a lake nearby for nature walks, easy access to MARTA, close proximity to colleges and stores for late-night snacking.
