October 26, 2025We just moved in to Ashley apartment first week . Friendly staff and environment for family . Everything convenient is it’s always 10 min away or closer . I can reach the destination by walking and it’s not terrible distance. Neighbor nice and quiet.i love it here !Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2025The staff was so nice and friendly that I almost didn’t believe it. I am genuinely grateful for the wonderful staff members that helped us get our life started in Maryland. The Apartment its self is even nicer the more you look at it. I took one look around and was sold the minute I saw it. The floor plan was designed with reason and makes sense. October 10, 2025Thus far we have generally enjoyed our stay at Ashley Apartments. For what we get and what we pay we think it’s a good value but would not stay another year unfortunately. The fitness center is severely lacking and outdated in my opinion. The pool was opened maybe one month (not consecutively) over the summer so that’s a lost amenity that residents lose. Maintenance is hard to get ahold of someone to fix problems we had with our apartment for months even though they fly all over the property in ...the golf cart. The parking is a disaster with residents parking wherever they please even if it’s not in a spot. (In front of dumpsters, grass, curb)Nobody picks up their dogs waste, there is ALWAYS an abundance of garbage left by any dumpster at any given time time. The residents all in all are pretty lazy and nasty as they don’t watch their kids and can’t fathom to put their trash INSIDE the dumpsters.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025Maintenance staff is very knowledgeable. Always gets the job done right the first time the grounds girls really keeps this place. Very nice. The assistant manager Brenda really knows what she’s doing. A very polite very professional. September 29, 2025I used to give it 5 stars but lately maintance request and getting things fix has been very bad. When the other supervisor was around he will call to see if it got fix otherwise he will come himself to fix it. I know they been short staff but new employees for them have been with attitudes if they come again to “fix” what never was fix in the first place. Also I know residents don’t keep the complex clean like they are suppose to but the cleaning ladies use to come everyday to clean our building ...to sweep, mop and vacuum and remove cob webs but now it seems like they come every so often. And only sweep. Mold has been another issue as well as air filters been change. Trash build up around dumpsters has cause to attract rodents and roaches. Unknown cars with no tags and very dark tinted windows has been spotted around complex with has cause insecurities and scared residents that it could potentially be bad people roaming around.Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2025My experience at Ashley Apartments has been decent overall. The apartment itself is nice and in a great location, but maintenance tends to take longer than expected to resolve issues, and communication from management could definitely be better.Property Manager Responded
