I really love this community. It’s quiet, clean, and welcoming. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue it’s always addressed promptly. Also Jamaya and Amy are always ready to help out with any issues. I also like that we have community activities. I’m new here so it gives me a chance to meet people.

Neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood itself stays clean, the scenery is great. I love to lift my blinds and look out the windows, especially when it rains. Office management is always helpful and the people who work maintenance are really down to earth. No problems over here.

Not a great experience since I moved in only been here two months. A lot of repairs needed, when I I view the apartment it has a washer and dryer installed but was later told washer & dryer was not included, has a beautiful fireplace that doesn’t work & was later told that wasn’t one of the selling points.

Very pleasant environment no issues good Neighborhood is quiet although there are children in the community you sell them hear them haven’t had any issues with maintenance they come when you put in an order or if you see a member of the maintenance team out they will come and help you if it’s a manor issue.

The residence is quiet and chill but the people but I don’t like how you have no choice but to participate in people coming to pick up the trash and it’s their choice if they take your trash or not but you still have to pay .
