First I called the leasing office to see if they had any available apartments, which they did by have one by June 20, 2018. I called again before I went to put in the application and pay the application fee and they claim they had an apartment available this time by August 8. After the application was put in Mr. FRAN called my father and I yesterday to get more information and stating that everything was looking good. I called today 6-15-2018 to see what will the next step be, just to hear that ...
TWO apartments was RENTED yesterday after FRAN told me everything was looking good and that they only HAD ONE apartment available....In conclusion THEY ARE LIARS

I give Ashley Manor apartments 4 stars. First and foremost the people that run this place really care that you have a great stay here, its quite and peaceful. You don't have to worry about a lot of loud music altercations, its clean your neighbors aren't noisy. Basically they're nice but they stay to themselves. This place is just a good place to stay I recommend this place to everyone. A place I call sweet home
