Best Closet Space!
July 29, 2025If you are looking for a spacious one bedroom apartment with plenty of closet space, look no further than Ashmore Trace Apartments. The apartment has five closets, not including the closet in the kitchen that has hook ups for a washer and dryer. There is a roomy coat closet, a closet with several shelves for linens, towels, etc. In the hallway, there is also a huge closet for storing Christmas decorations, etc. The bedroom that can fit two full size beds with ease has two walk-in closets that ...are luxurious for a one bedroom apartment. Office and maintenance staff are professional, courteous, and put residents first. During the winter, Ashmore Trace Apartments takes great care of residents by plowing and salting sidewalks, etc. to keep everyone safe.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
November 27, 2017Don't live here, they will charge you for undamaged, nearly pristine carpet after you leave just because they want new carpet in there and steal your deductible and try to charge more than the deductible despite their tenant always paying their outrageous rent on time. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I'll probably have to sue them frankly if they don't give me my deposit.Property Manager Responded

decent size one and 2 bedrooms with all utilities included
August 14, 2015If you want an easy one bill-a-month lifestyle, this works. The only utility not included is internet/cable/phone. The buildings are pretty well sound proofed, which is good since we are next door to the local high school. I have been here for a couple of years now, and haven't had any issues with an adolescent overflow. We also have a straight drive into downtown and are pretty close to the interstate also, which helps in winter.
