Horrible parking....long walks to your unit!
February 14, 2024The parking negates all positive aspects of residing there. Resident stickers were utterly meaningless! Units were over housed which caused inadequate parking. Cars were allowed to sit for weeks/months, some not even registered and/or working. Let's not even go into the commercial trucks allowed to take up resident space. Parked outside of the complex many times due to there being nowhere to park amongst all the lots. This caused long walks in the dark to my unit which was in the back. This made ...grocery shopping a nightmare in the inclement weather. There should be designated visitor areas..... which there were NOT. April 1, 2023I have lived here for close to 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with the office staff and maintenance. I have had very few issues, but when something needs to be taken care of, they are very friendly in the office and quick to putting in a work order and resolving the issue a lot of times the same day.Review from Apartments.com

Great Place to live
September 17, 2015I’ve lived here in a one bedroom for 5 years and just recently moved into a two bedroom. I’ve stayed because it’s one of the most affordable places in Manassas and I’ve never had any problems with bugs or anything else. The management is very nice and very helpful, as well as maintenance. They are very prompt on fixing anything that goes wrong.
