Poor Handling of Packages

The staff can't be bothered to be present when packages are supposed to arrive. This was on a Saturday and I had to wait until Monday

Thank you for reaching out! We want to inform you that on Saturdays, we have one team member in the office dedicated to assisting residents/prospects who require support or assistance. Additionally, please note that while we make every effort to accommodate package deliveries, there may be instances where packages arrive close to closing time. As a courtesy, we hold packages for residents; however, if you prefer alternative arrangements for your deliveries, please feel free to inform the sender of your preferred delivery location. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and are here to assist you in any way we can. We also want to mention that for security reasons, we have to lock our office while on tour and there is one person working; therefore, that is why your package could not be delivered. You could always let the place you order from know to try delivering to my home first. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you better in the future!
