May 2, 2026The application process was annoying because your link to confirm my income was not working correctly. I have had issue after issue getting a working mailbox key. I have filed a noise complaint against my upstairs neighbor. My apartment smells of smoke and I am constantly trying to get rid of the smell. My toilet and washing machine did not work upon move in. My floor was flooded once the repair was made to the washing machine. This has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend anyone ...moving here.Property Manager Responded

April 24, 2026I feel they should have everything fixed before you move in instead of leaving it up to the new tenant to fill out the walk through form . March 3, 2026Overall a great and quiet community. I wish the staff was more responsive to resident concerns; it’s took almost a month for my bathroom fan to repaired, there were two separate occasions I reached out about the fitness center and I didn’t get correspondence until 2 weeks later. The amount of pet droppings is overwhelming, it just sits in the grass and decays. Also a little frustrated with the valet trash situation; I am paying for valet trash but I have not received service in over a month. I do ...enjoy the internet package that is included, the proximity to several stores and two highways, and the space I am getting in my unit.Property Manager Responded

January 8, 2026I've really enjoyed my time here. It was a little rough in the beginning, but things quickly improved. The maintenance team is fantastic, and the leasing office is very helpful. January 2, 2026Horrible. U-haul was towed the same night I moved in here. Also nothing worked in my apartment(microwave, toilet, dishwasher, broken cabinet door) not expecting this after first day of getting here. Definitely wish I did more research before moving in.Property Manager Responded
