      Five Years Later: A Community in Decline

When I first moved in, the property was well maintained, and maintenance requests were handled promptly. Not anymore! For example, I submitted a maintenance request for my inoperable dishwasher on 4/28/26, followed up with a verbal request on 5/26/26, and submitted a third request through the resident portal on 6/18/26.       The application process was annoying because your link to confirm my income was not working correctly. I have had issue after issue getting a working mailbox key. I have filed a noise complaint against my upstairs neighbor. My apartment smells of smoke and I am constantly trying to get rid of the smell. My toilet and washing machine did not work upon move in.
