January 8, 2026I've really enjoyed my time here. It was a little rough in the beginning, but things quickly improved. The maintenance team is fantastic, and the leasing office is very helpful. January 2, 2026Horrible. U-haul was towed the same night I moved in here. Also nothing worked in my apartment(microwave, toilet, dishwasher, broken cabinet door) not expecting this after first day of getting here. Definitely wish I did more research before moving in.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2025The move in was great l. I adore Magdalene she is the sweetest leasing agent. I do have a couple things wrong inside of the unit. Nothing to major but overall I love my apartment. I love the neighborhood as well. Ashton is a beautiful community.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2025Between the time it takes for a service request to be fulfilled to staff ignoring emails and the bug issue it’s not even worth it. Some of the office staff are great but overall I will no be resigning my lease.Property Manager Responded
