The real Ashtree

Three years ago the hot water line leading to the bathroom burst. They cut the carpet in about a two foot square area. Still waiting on them to repair the cut up section of carpet. Not allowed to have any plants outside your apartment. Not allowed to have any holiday decorations up that can be observed from outside. No decorations outside the apartment, even on your patio. In ads for the apartment they say they have walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, hardwood floors among ...

many things that are not available. The laundry facility only works with an app from your smart phone that costs, from those who use it, that it costs $5 to add money on it to use the machines. And most of the dryers do not finish drying your laundry, no matter the size of loads you load. Management may be on site for about 4 hours Monday thru Friday. Have gone to the office to obtain a new filter for the a/c, upon arriving, the door is locked and no one answers the door. Even though management vehicle is here and they can be seen thru the window at the desk. There is much more that I could put here but I hope this is enough to inform people about how the place is managed and about the truth about what is actually here and not what is listed.
