March 16, 2026Been here for 2 yrs almost 3 will definitely renew. Always have been a good experience with maintenance and office staff. No complaints on my end . September 8, 2022How can an apartment receive 18 one star reviews , Only one four-star review and get an overall score of four This is misleading at best! I guarantee they are not a four-star apartment complex. I moved in one week before lockdown in 2020. Upon moving in, I noticed the apartment wasn’t clean. They were broken shelving, dead bugs, roach droppings plastered to the bathroom door and door frame, roach droppings in outlets, dirty stove and the list goes on. When this was brought to their attention they ...tried to blame me. after I called corporate and sent pictures to them showing the nasty condition I was given, I won a contest for paying my rent on time…a $500 gift card. How convenient I get $500 and they don’t have to admit that they did anything wrong. In the two years I lived there, I never saw that contest ran again. My neighbors upstairs were ungodly noisy. I’m talking about 2, 3 & 4 o’clock in the morning throwing parties, jumping up and down. I thought they’re coming through my ceiling. Each time this happened I called the office… NOTHING. I even gave them a police report number… Once again, NOTHING. They claimed they knew nothing about it. When we finally got security I asked if they gave them a report each time that I called. I was told the office was notified. NOTHING. Roaches are a big problem there. I had to remove items from my home cover up all my TVs and computers because my building had to be sprayed like COVID was present. That didn’t stop them. Before I moved I fumigated so I would not take them to my new home. I’ve been gone for six months. I have not received my deposit check. I called a couple of weeks ago asking about it and was told they would get with the manager. Fast forward to today. I had to call them and ask them where is my money. The girl on the phone said I have to ask my manager. She then said it had been forwarded to the address on file. That’s when I told her again I have not received it I don’t have it. I asked did you see if the check has been cashed I have to ask my manager. We’ll see if I get my deposit. Should be the full deposit because I returned the apartment in far better condition than what it was given to me. Floors were mopped, carpets were cleaned, and the stove and refrigerator were immaculately clean. The apartment was move-in ready unlike the condition that I received it in. Don’t move here! For what you pay in rent and the crap you have to deal with… BUY A HOUSE!Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2022MOLD MOLD MOLD If you love living in mold and love to get hospitality bills for mold exposure and want a staff that doesn’t help and blame you and also is completely rude and will not let you break your lease because of mold this is the place for you perks are car and home break ins also health problems! This apartment is falling apart literally and all the staff does is paint over every problem to hide up unknown to them the apt is rigged with cameras. DON’T MOVE HERE
April 21, 2021Unprofessional, inconsistent, and inconsiderate. Lived here for 3 yrs and they have sucked the whole. Hope you got money to spend. They have bedbugs, so you will spend money replacing furniture and exterminating. Maintenance will walk in your apartment without a request; if your home or not to “fix a leak”. In the latest issue is hot water. I’ve gone weeks without hot water at random. All to “fix a leak”. Spend a extra $150/$200 for a better place.Property Manager Responded

Came to view an apartment
April 18, 2021I came to view this apartment. Made an appointment and then when I arrived the woman sitting at the desk said that I can apply online. They will not be showing apartments due to coivid. Arrogant and pathetic management
July 15, 2019Pathetic management. The manager is stubborn,rude,arrogant and not considerate about their customers. They charge you unnecessarily when you move out. Any issues in apartment, they take a long time to address those issues which is very disappointing. But they are very prompt in charging you money by stating pathetic rules which are never conveyed earlier. Leasing office and corporate are never in sync. Customers get affected due to this mismanagement between them. There are bugs, ants and ...roaches in apartments. They do have lot of hidden charges. Worst Management and poor maintenance.
June 15, 2019The front office staff is very rude. They don’t care much about existing residents. Maintenance team was good earlier but now has become worst. For any maintenance to be done you have to remind them 3 to 4 times before someone shows up to get the issue fixed.Property Manager Responded
