Since the property was sold apartments have went down. They now have placed the dumpsters near the property so we’re dealing with roaches, possums, and raccoons. New management seems to not care. Trash flying out the dumpsters. They removed all the amenities as well. Don’t waste your time renting here!

For 10 years we have experienced a safe family-oriented living community with a consistent management team that has always focused on the good of all. There are a few key points that keep us renewing our lease every year. They include, but are not limited to: * Dependable maintenance * Quick replies to request ...

made * Keeping up community standards on the property upgrades to the community that benefit us all (particularly the new modern bus stop for the children's school bus, keeping them safe on their way to and from school) * Fair and reasonable rent increases when signing the next year's rent contract * Accommodating personal needs - I have become disabled while living here and requested a small ramp to be installed at my door to facilitate easier entry into my home. No questions asked! It was done in a heartbeat! * Last but not least, Communication here is dependable whether it is about local emergencies, weather emergencies, or in complex situations we need to be aware of... we are clearly informed and kept up to date as it progresses. They actually came door to door to check on us during one particularly bad storm. Who could ask for more? Not me! This is my home in every sense of the word. I highly recommend Aspen Forest Apartment HOMES to anyone looking for a safe and pleasant place to call Home. Oh! I forgot to mention the Park! Yes, we have a beautiful private park for everyone to enjoy year-round. Amazing grace!

I don’t normally write reviews on anything but I have recently experienced a few things here that I feel should be shared. Though these apartments are very nice and definitely decent in pricing as well, I don’t feel like this is the home for me. This place isn’t very traditional all they have is a park with a few benches and a field which isnt bad but not my cup of tea. My roommate had called the leasing office to discuss the treatment they’d be doing in our place but never responded to his ...

calls, that same day they called me regarding said treatment. My roommate is on the lease just as I am which makes no sense as to why his call wouldn’t be prioritized. They have to come into your place a lot for little things which I’ve never experienced before but it seems way too frequent for my liking. Assigned parking claims to fit 4 cars yet it is sooo tight whenever you have people who have other cars next to you. Comfortably you could probably fit 3 but there are people who will park as close to the line as they can. Lastly, the walls seem very thin. So far I’ve been able to hear my downstairs neighbors TV, people from the next unit even talking, etc. Just stuff I’ve never experienced before while renting. Would look elsewhere.

This place is great for me and my little family! We have a private yard which I have never seen anywhere else before! It gives a nice, private, homey feel and with having young kids it is perfect for them! Since living here, the staff and maintenance have been nothing short of awesome. Everyone here is extremely kind and fast to any issues you may have. They have staff keeping the property clean and adding lots of beautiful flowers and greenery everywhere. I’ve lived in Aspen Forest for about 3 months now and response times for maintenance requests or simple questions are fast. The community is clean and feels safe, and signs of ongoing improvements are visible. I appreciate the open communication I can have with the office, and the maintenance personnel I have interested with have been professional and personable. So far this has been a great place to live!

I have lived here for about six years now. I love the location. The apartment is lovely. They remodeled it, so it looks more modern. Covered parking, so I don’t have to worry about looking for a parking spot. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the park here it's so beautiful and green.
