Great Apartment TERRIBLE property management & support/ communication
October 28, 2022Overall, the apartment was a great set up and included several ammenities such as washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. However, the property management was horrible. Work orders would be put in and would take months to get fixed. We went 6 weeks with a broken microwave. As my roomate and I began the move out process there was little to NO communcation on Aspen's property management team. We would send several emails and phone calls with no reponse and when we did get a response ...they would leave out important details such as move out inspections, returning the key process, etc. We had to reschedule our move out inspection several times after taking time off of work. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful complex comes with the stress and burden of a very difficult property management team.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Property Management &Staff
November 27, 2021Worst property management they will never hear your complain , we were getting jumping and running from 2nd floor and we gave 15-20 complains and they always ask to get proof and we also provided and they will take action. Not peaceful life. If you want take lease don’t go for 1st floor always take 2nd or 3rd floor or check who is staying above you.. you kids or even you can jump that’s fine because they will for recording proof and it is very tuff to capture that sound thru phone.Review from Apartments.com
