Application Fee Per Applicanti• Credit checks and background checks are run through On-site, a third-party company. You will be sent a link to apply and have 48 hours to complete the application. There is a $50 fee that is paid directly online to On-Site once you create your profile. Note: This fee is non-refundable. Charged Per Applicant. Payable to Third Party.$50.00

Advanced Depositi• There is a $300 advance deposit fee to hold your apartment. (cashier’s check or money order) This will need to be paid prior to receiving a link to complete your application online. Note: Upon approval, we will hold the apartment for 2 weeks. The $300 fee is non-refundable if you do not move in upon the agreed date and/or complete the online application within 48 hours. If your application is denied this fee is refundable. The refund check will be mailed to you from the Corporate Office Charge.$300.00
