Worst place i have ever lived

0 STARS. Managment does not help with problems. We have been having problems with our upstairs neighbors being loud every night after 10pm up until 3am. On top of that they also have many plants that drip water and soil down onto us daily. Every time I've complained they said they've talk to them and say it's their kids. Why would your kids be up past 10pm? This last time I complained I was instructed to call the police to get more "proof" to take further action. What proof can I get from calling ...

the cops? It isnt loud music or domestic violence, its loud banging around all night. I dont feel like that is the cops job but rather the managements... disturbing other tenants is breaking your lease agreement..it is taking a toll on our mental health and we are stuck in a lease. Dont bother with this place, also had to do ALOT of cleaning upon moving in. Was disgusting and alot of things were broken/dinged up. 4adults and 3 children live above us in 1 unit. they have a double stall garage but dont park in it. instead they rotate their 4 vehicles through out our compex and the neighboring complex visitor parking spaces or will park in my spot. Have also spoke to management about that and its also fine they said as long as they are being moved. WOW just a joke, no help. Do not rent from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
