Deceiving
June 15, 2020The apartment complex is very nice appearance wise, however it is poorly built. With so many cracks and openings we have had to deal with numerous bug infestations. We had stink bugs in the middle of winter coming through the windows and ants coming through the floors. They do not spray the complex with pesticide, leaving the front doors covered in centipedes, spiders, mouth, more stink bugs, etc. In addition, there is a gaping hole at the bottom of our own apartment door. Where's The Water Softner
May 17, 2020Had to move out of this place!! Have been promised a water softner for a couple years. They are on the property but management are too lazy to install them. You can't wash your clothes here because of the damage it does to your clothes. Using the dishwasher is a joke, leaves everything white. Wake up people and stop being lazy, no wonder why people are coming and going so frequently!!!Review from Apartments.com
All Around Great Place
December 19, 2018I absolutely love my apartment! My neighbors are extremely friendly and quiet, the office staff made the application process so easy. The apartments are beautiful, and the location you just can't beat! I am less than 5 minutes away from the Village of Baldwinsville! Also, the amenities provided are amazing. In addition to my heat and hot water being included, I can also use all of Radisson's amenities. My kids love to use the heated swimming pool. my family and I couldn't be happier living here.Review from Apartments.com
