April 21, 2026The lure is the free rent for 2 month's especially if people are in a financial bind. That's the trap. I've been here for less than 3 month's. I have roaches, no heat and no a/c. Waited over a month for the exterminator to come. Water leaks which ran up the gas bill with no compensation. Took 3 days to fix it (hot water) Grounds aren't kept (mowing, trash) parking is terrible even with a reserved spot. Snow removal was the worse I've seen. I purchased my own salt. Not renewing my lease and can't ...wait to get out of the hood. Oh and maintenance isn't on the property. There's a tenant union here. Tenant's have had no ac for 2 years. Entrance doors are broken etc. A plus is I don't hear the surrounding neighbors. Gym is nice. Haven't seen the pool yet but I've heard it was shut down last year by the county.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 19, 2026The apartment turnover was lazy and not well done. The issues I spoke about on my tour I was told would be fixed by move in and that did not happen. It was also dusty and my toilet was dirty! I have caught mice and I swear I can hear them in the walls. The walls are so thin when I first moved in my neighbors woke me up every morning and still do sometimes. This place is over priced for the lack of care and effort put into it.
