Especially at their reasonable price point. My Mom has a severe chronic health condition that requires an ada first floor apartment, which are also extremely difficult to find. Right before Her scheduled move in date She was unfortunately hospitalized, which complicated the finalization of Her move in paperwork as well as Her move in date. Most ...property managers wouldn't have put the amount of work in that Marissa and Sasha did to accommodate all of the additional challenges in order for my Mom the secure the apartment. They definitely went above and beyond their scope of work with genuine compassion for my Moms situation.
