2 nights in a row with NO A/C
July 11, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the second night in a row, days included that the A/C is out. NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF MAINTENANCE. It was supposed to be fixed today, when I left for work it still wasn't on, came home and it's a cool 83 degrees. It looks like another sleepless night. The office was informed about the maintenance number and the office number and was told they were looking into fixing it.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThis place doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Over priced for a small, outdated space. They will rip you off each month and at the end of your lease, have the nerve to say YOU OWE THEM MONEY. They even stole my vehicle. Not to mention, I was always being watched. I will tell everyone I encounter to NOT rent here. They couldn't lower it enough to ever make me consider this place again.
Not a safe environment to live in
December 5, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been here since July 2017 this place has a cockroach problem they(management ) has been spraying every month and every other week and still no solution. Not a safe environment to live in because most apartments have a cockroach infestation. Management will only tell you that all they can do is spray until the problem is rectified but do they expect me to live here the remaining 10 months of my lease living with a roach problem. Don’t live here don’t make that big mistake

June 7, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comLiterally the worst place to rent from! I was willing to pay the ridiculous lease-breaking fee just to get out of there. The land lady is the rudest woman. They charged me to fix the fridge that has hardly ever refrigerated claiming that I poked a hole through the coil when they just never update their appliances after multiple uses etc. everything is so run-down. There are bugs, and the neighbors in all buildings are so loud; what makes it worse is you can hear everything that is going on due ...to the doors and windows not being completely sealed. The old lady (land lady) is so disrespectful. I cannot express that enough. She talks to everyone like they are trash and will find any little reason to get more money. I have never had any problems with my living situations like I did here. They keep raising the rent too, so don't expect a solid plan-of-payment for your budget. Some people I met here were super nice, but a majority are genuinely creepy, mean, or loud. Maintenance men are also super mean for whatever reason and will find any reason to just be jerks. The only cool/nice worker is the security guy. I seriously do not recommend living here. You can find better deals and better management elsewhere.Read More

The burners on the stove barely work. You'll end up getting an infection of some sort if you go swimming in the pools. If you can do anything to avoid living here i would find something else.

July 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comIt is a pretty nice quiet area... when I first saw them what came to mind was "I wonder if this might of been like a motel or something back then" just Cuz how they look.... I like this place... what I love is that everything is included, so we just pay one flat rate every month and it's pretty aswsome.... it's a one bedroom so it gets very nice and cozy I don't even go out just Cuz I love staying in it makes me very lazy hehe there's pools can't complain much Cuz I don't even get in ha there's ...also a car wash in another building across the street pretty cool I guess , the tennis court is right by my apartment but I wish they would put a volleyball court, that would be awesome :D the park is really close too it's huge it's by a baseball field and what I love is that Walmart is close by and it's open 24-7 aahh I'll never go hungry...oh and another thing it's down the street from the freeway I use to go to work so it's very convinient in a lot of aspects of my daily activities . all I wanted was a nice cozy cheap place to live and make my life a little easier by luckily having everything included yaaaaayyyyy it convinced me to want to stay here 13 months as the contract stated and so far it's been great have no complaints except for my door I have to slam it for it to close but eeh no biggy I just get concerned for my neighbors maybe there sleeping and I'm over here slamming the door haha ooppsis but I would totally recommend it I tell everyone about it because it's just so freaking amazing hahaRead More
