Renters Reviews and Ratings
New management means $$$$
September 13, 2022New management took over this summer and they've upped prices for everything. Not just rent, but things like pet rent ($50 for a single cat!), shared and rated water bills, and trash pick up. Public areas are counted for the water bill, so that means washers and dryers... so if you have a 2br unit, be prepared to pay a lot. New management also doesn't have an online portal set up yet after almost three months, so everything is checks and printed notices - even notice to entry. But don't worry! ...They're adding a dog park! That'll fix everything. Seriously though, the only things this place had going for it was price and location, so all that's left is location.
