Astor Tanglewood is one of the nicest places I have lived the maintenance staff is exceptional and the office staff is tremendously helpful I would recommend living here to all my colleagues.

Horrifying

DO NOT RENT AT THIS COMPLEX! I had my refrigerator broken for about 6 months and they did nothing! I contacted them on 3 separate occasions and they didn't replace my fridge. I tried requesting for a new fridge but they refused. I tried obtaining some type of voucher or compensation for my groceries spoiling on three separate occasions and they couldn't even do that. The workers at this complex are inept, demeaning and absolutely unprofessional. Do not move into this apartment complex unless you ...
want faulty appliances, unresponsive management, and unprofessionalism.
