Random showing without notice, mouse issues in winter, unreliable WiFi that you need to pay more if you want it to be usable, uncommunicative management for repairs (frequent laundry machine issues) / remodels for public spaces. worst place ever
May 2, 2024Floors and walls are made of cardboard. You have to pay for laundry, constantly need to request maintenance, very noisy and hallways smell. Management doesnt care about tenants neither. Don't waste your time living here for the sake of your peace.Review from Apartments.com
Charge application fee and no room
April 11, 2023The website says there's a room so I submit an application and pay 20$, but then when it come to finalizing the contract, the manager just tell me there is no room and no refund on the application fee. Be carefulReview from Apartments.com
