A great place to stay when you want to experience luxury and homely atmosphere. interior is superb, appliances are topnotch. Been living here for close to 3 years, i left the property for some reason, then came back again. Ginger and Heather are angels! They will work things out for you until you are satisfied. Their customer service is what we need for property managers.

I have enjoyed my time living at the park. The location is prime for those working in midtown and downtown with close proximity to Overton park, yet close by to the library and shopping amenities in East memphis. The maintenance was timely and friendly. Management was kind and responsive to any questions. Rent is fair priced. I enjoyed that there was a security officer in the parking lot at night, as I leave early in the morning, and there is always someone watching. Also has walkability to Broad ...
Ave. My only con is the surrounding noise and train. Sam Cooper and E parkway is a busy intersection, and there is a train that has woken me up at night. I am a light sleeper though. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay!

I’ve been living here since June, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The layout is perfect for my needs, and I love the natural light that comes in through the large windows. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. I’ve had a peaceful experience with neighbors, and the location is convenient, with easy access to Overton Park

We moved last May to Memphis and chose to live here and it was the best decision. We chose the townhome and the finishes and space is amazing! You will not be disappointed. As well as the amenities on site the work out room is our favorite!

Very nice apartment

I rented my apartment in May of 2022, and it was a brand new. I love it there. The office staff is friendly and helpful. When I have had issues, the maintenance staff fixed it within 24 hours. All of the tenets that I have encountered have been friendly. There is not elevator so if you have medical issues like myself, request a first floor apartment (which I did). If you are new to Memphis like I was and you are looking for a safe place to live, @the Park is a great place to be.

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient, close to the express way. Half a mile from the Memphis Zoo. Nice scenery. Been staying here for over a years, haven’t had any problems. Overnight security, love that!

I've been here since the opening of these apartments. This is the first "new" apartment I have ever lived in and they don't disappoint. They are very well built, and have an outstanding community feel, with great spaces to have parties, family gatherings, etc. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.
