Every review I see they response saying they care, take these things seriously, want to talk, ect. No they don’t. If they did, they would have done something as we have been complaining about issues for the last several months. Calls, in person contact, emails, maintenance requests that were just closed with no repairs. We had flooding in our unit for 2 months. I begged them to call a plumber and explained it was a sewer issue. They said “we have to call the higher ups” 2 months later, guess ...
what. It was a tree root that broke into a pipe 3 doors down and was flooding my apartment with sewage randomly 2-3 times a month. They had to finally call a plumber after 4 complaints and 6 units started flooding at once. We have had mold for several months and they won’t do anything about it. I have several windows that have broken tracks and either don’t stay open or can’t open. That’s been a year and a half. I have talked to these people about these issues so long that every single person that worked there when I first brought the issues up, NO LONGER WORK HERE. Multiple teams of new reps and nothing can get done here. They sent out emails to do apartment inspections. Right. So they can what, ignore everything as they have been?
