December 4, 2024I have been living at Atlantic Station for almost two years now and I’m extremely happy with the cleanliness of the building. The staff is super friendly, concierge is always kind, very helpful and personable. The leasing staff is amazing. The events are beautiful. It’s located in one of the best parts of town and what I love is the proximity to the train station. If you have to commute to the NYC, this is by far the best high-rise to live in on the downtown side of Stamford. The only downside is ...the walls are a little bit thin, so you do have to be very considerate of your neighbor. That is the only downside. December 2, 2024I'd be happy to leave a positive review once I get the above addressed and also feel that this isn't a regular pattern. Like I said, I really like the building, staff, concierge etc. Jay, in particular, was fantastic. Even maintenance was great to interact with and helpful when they came. But I'm just shocked as to how many issues I've experienced within days of moving in. Most were addressed thanks to Jay. But tonight the heating system has also stopped functioning. February 6, 2024My husband and I just moved to Atlantic Station from Brooklyn and we were so nervous about the transition, but the community has exceeded our expectations! First, David is so incredibly friendly and informative - he really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great move-in and overall living experience here. He alone is enough to make you want to live here. The community is absolutely amazing as well; the gym is well-equipped and very clean, there are plenty of elevators so it never takes ...too long to get where you need to go, the building is very well-kept, and the community events and sparkling water and coffee stations are added bonuses. The location is also perfect - you are within a 7 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to both Summer/Bedford Streets and Harbor Point. December 4, 2023I moved here two months ago, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. The staff and maintenance personnel are so incredibly helpful and friendly and very responsive. Every area of the building is impeccable and clean. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I love the neighborhood and that it’s one block from the train station as I’m always in and out of the city. I feel this is the best part of the downtown area, as it is not as noisy and not as ...congested with traffic.
