I have been living at Atlantic Station for almost two years now and I’m extremely happy with the cleanliness of the building. The staff is super friendly, concierge is always kind, very helpful and personable. The leasing staff is amazing. The events are beautiful. It’s located in one of the best parts of town and what I love is the proximity to the train station. If you have to commute to the NYC, this is by far the best high-rise to live in on the downtown side of Stamford. The only downside is ...
the walls are a little bit thin, so you do have to be very considerate of your neighbor. That is the only downside. Other than that, super great place to call home!

I'd be happy to leave a positive review once I get the above addressed and also feel that this isn't a regular pattern. Like I said, I really like the building, staff, concierge etc. Jay, in particular, was fantastic. Even maintenance was great to interact with and helpful when they came. But I'm just shocked as to how many issues I've experienced within days of moving in. Most were addressed thanks to Jay. But tonight the heating system has also stopped functioning. And again, these have barely ...

too long to get where you need to go, the building is very well-kept, and the community events and sparkling water and coffee stations are added bonuses. The apartment units and amenity rooms are very well-kept and modern. The staff are professional. The Atlantic Station building is also conveniently located in that it is less than a 10 minute walk away from downtown Stamford and that it is also very close to the train station (~5 minute walk). Would recommend Atlantic Station!

I moved here two months ago, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. The staff and maintenance personnel are so incredibly helpful and friendly and very responsive. Every area of the building is impeccable and clean. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. Great building- very well cared for and sized clean. Staff is very sweet and helpful. We have never had any issues this far. Maintenance is excellent. Love being able to walk to downtown and Metro North. Recommend!
