    After 13 years in NYC, I decided to leave to provide a safer and more serene atmosphere for myself and my dog. I was directed to Atlantic Station by a leasing professional at a competitor in the area and I’m so thankful for his direction. I met with Luke and he is so sweet and knowledgeable. He listened to everything that I cared about most and found me an apartment that was better than I even imagined! I knew I could trust him (which I usually don’t do easily) and I’m so glad I did! On my move ...
    date my movers forgot I was scheduled so I ended up being three hours late, but David from the leasing office was flexible, warm and most importantly extremely calming to my nerves! All of the building staff and leasing office have been so impressive in their demeanor and helpfulness. There must be something in the water because everyone is so happy! I thought I would miss NYC, but I don’t think I could ever go back. Every aspect of my life has massively improved and I can’t believe how happy I am. Best decision I have ever made!

    I have been living in ASW for a year, and I am happy with everything, therefore, I extended my stay. The people are kind and helpful. When a problem occurs in the building, the team takes action immediately and make the announcement on time. Monthly social activities are very diverse and they are great opportunities to meet neighbors. Every part of the building is very clean. In short, I highly recommend to live in ASW.

    The building does a very good job keeping the building at a high-standard. The staff is dedicated to maintaining the interaction (interface) with residents at the hi-end level for which the building is marketed.     My glowing review has changed since living here. Expect maintenance to use their access to walk into your apartment without permission, even after you've asked them not to. Expect loud alarms going off with no explanation. Expect the pool to always be cold even in the summer. Expect them to lie and tell you no one has lived in your apartment before you but things were broken before we moved in. Maintenance accused us of breaking it. Lastly, expect to deep clean before moving out because they will ...
    charge $140 for any small dust they find! The front desk staff was the only plus side

    I moved Atlantic Station West about a month ago, and I am very happy with my decision. Mike Philippe was awesome and super helpful since the moment I made a visit to see the available units. He explained the process very clearly and was very patient to guide me to complete the paper works on time, and made my move in very easy. All the staffs have been very helpful and kind so far. I am very happy in ASW and hoping to live here more than my current lease term.
