Very poor property
September 13, 2024I've been here for 5 years now and I have had it. I am tired of killing roaches, I am tired of paying 3 times my electric bill in the summer for subpar cooling, and I am tired of the problematic neighbors. The cops frequent the property due to crazy tenants and loud disputes. My bedroom severely leaked during the raining months (but was repaired). And did I mention the roaches?! Overall, the property is poorly managed as the portal to submit requests is never working and its clear the landlord ...refuses to reinvest in the building. 0/10 would not recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 1, 2019These apartments are disgusting don’t be fooled by the cheap remodel. they are ROACH infested to the point were they shouldn’t even be rented out they need a serious fumigation BOTH buildings are terribly infested. the manager complains about everything but is lazy and won’t fix things the elevator is a law suit waiting to happen. The washing machines are always broken & they also suck the list goes on of all of the things wrong with this place please just save your time and money and look for a ...better spot I lived here for about 3 years and couldn’t handle it anymore i did myself and my family a favor and moved out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I feel safe to live in this apartment in these days. All gated. It has 2 parking garage. It has pool. Laundry room on every floor. It has elevator. Balcony in every unit. And the area is perfect, close to few freeways, a lot of restaurant, theatre, mall, etc.Review from Apartments.com

July 29, 20152 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with balcony and pool with restrictions only 1 visitor and bbq / grass area that you can't use because one tenant has a party n broken alcohol bottles and starts a fight with ea other!! If I had known all this would not have moved here!! Also the exhaust above the stove blow out not in!! And AC if all vents are open doesn't cool one room!! Can't move til lease is up!!
