The management team has always addressed my concerns and issues promptly. The maintenance team, Eduardo has even come after hours to fix a maintenance issue I had. Love Living Here – Clean Spaces, Quick Maintenance, and Awesome Perks!
March 27, 2025I've had a great experience living at Atlantico! The entire community is always clean and well-maintained,. One of my favorite things is the open field turf—my son loves playing with the kids from the community. The dog park is another huge plus; ia great place for pets to run around. Another thing I really appreciate is the responsiveness of the staff. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order, they’ve been quick to address the issue, making sure everything is taken care of efficiently. On top of ...all that, the community events are such a nice touch! They organize fun activities like paella lunch for the residents. Also, there are food trucks that come often to the clubhouse. I also love how easy it is for guests to visit—there’s an app that allows them to check in by simply scanning in. Overall, the amenities, great service, and sense of community make me happy to live here. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

A great place to call home!
March 27, 2025I’ve lived at Atlantico at Kendall for over 5 years and love it! The apartments are modern and spacious with great features like granite countertops , stainless steel appliances and big closets. The pool and gym are awesome, and the staff is super helpful. Specially Andre’s, easy to talk to and always helpful. Very family friendly, big soccer field, playgroud and a dog park. Great location too, 2 Publix’s and a Walmart near by. March 26, 2025Andres from the leasing office helped us exceptionally, making the rental process very easy. I've been here for six months and I love my 3-bedroom apartment. It's spacious and has luxurious finishes. The pool and gym are excellent. I've loved my time here.Property Manager Responded
