I was around looking for apartments and I stumbled across this one. Beautiful apartment. The leasing agent, Manuela, gave out one of the greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I've had a great experience living at Atlantico! The entire community is always clean and well-maintained,. One of my favorite things is the open field turf—my son loves playing with the kids from the community. The dog park is another huge plus; ia great place for pets to run around.
Another thing I really appreciate is the responsiveness of the staff. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order, they’ve been quick to address the issue, making sure everything is taken care of efficiently.
On top of ...
all that, the community events are such a nice touch! They organize fun activities like paella lunch for the residents. Also, there are food trucks that come often to the clubhouse.
I also love how easy it is for guests to visit—there’s an app that allows them to check in by simply scanning in.
Overall, the amenities, great service, and sense of community make me happy to live here. Highly recommend!

Love it here! Quiet apartments with a lot of different amenities. Love taking my dog to the doggie park they have there, and I have started taking advantage of their gym more recently.
The office staff is pretty friendly and helpful as well.
