        The cleanliness of the building and maintenance are lacking for a “luxury building”. Windows are supposed to be cleaned 2x per year, I have been here almost a year and only cleaned once. Definitely not with the cost of living here.

        Atlas certainly demands premium rent but fails to deliver. If Im paying SF prices, then I expect things to run smoothly and have a premium living experience. Parking availability, condition of the parking structure and security of vehicles, functioning HVAC, elevator speed/availability/functionality, continuity and service of concierge team, management and treatment of delivery workers... all things that would operate seamlessly in a premium offering but fail miserably at Atlas.
