    They are very unprofessional. They bill you for hundreds of dollars after you leave for ANY wear and tear. They refuse to do a walk when you are leaving, but a NASTY collection company will definitely call you a few months later asking you for hundreds of dollars for "DAMAGES." The staff is not helpful, and they try their best to take more money from you.

  • Good, convenient and affordable

    I been living in this building for 4 years now, I am very satisfied to live here The management office have short hours of opening but when you are at their office, they give u full attention The building is just 3miles away from downtown, so I just walk to there, I like walking The neighborhood is safe, I get off late from work , I just walk to here The blue line train is just gross the street and few steps, and two bus stop on the left of the building, blink line train is about 15min walk,,, ...
    I love the fact the public transportation is close,,, even highway is close This building is super convenient to UIC students, the bus shuttle stop is just on cross the street, Rush University Hospital employee or students, and Cook County Hospital employee because all this facilities are surrounding the building Is building one of the top building to call home, Because it's good, convention and affordable
