November 29, 2025Located near bus line and train. Walking distance to kent station, safe way, and gasoline. Gym does close early and not open on Sunday. Parking can be a little difficult. But you will eventually find a spot. Pets are okay. But i do catch some not pick up poo. The management is great about putting up reminders.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2025My resident experience is horrible. The management team is normally unavailable, or the office is closed. I work around the clock and the garbage is spread all over the place even with valet service. Also, I have too careful walking around the ground because of all of the dog poops in the grass and on the sideways.Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025Lots of smokers, can’t really leave windows open, having to find exact location of the ones to report is a hassle. I find trash cans over flowing, dog poop everywhere, not just the dog park. No parking spots free after 10pm. But otherwise the apartment has been fully functional, no crime and great location. The staff has been attentive and kind as well. Community isn’t super noisy. Lawn maintained, trash service great. Moving in was easy, and when things break, they get fixed quickly.Property Manager Responded
